Good quality, shipping could be faster

I bought one of their 'Patriotic Wreaths' last month for the 4th of July. The wreath itself is well-made and looks very nice on my front door, definitely good quality materials. The colors are vibrant and it feels sturdy. My main hang-up was the shipping speed; it took about 8 days to arrive after I placed the order. I wasn't in a huge rush, but it felt a little slow compared to some other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Decent value for a handmade item, just plan ahead for delivery times.

Great wreath kit, good support

I ordered the 'Spring Blossom Wreath Making Kit' in early April. The website was pretty easy to navigate, I found the kit quickly. For unique stuff and really high-quality ribbon, Nick's is way better. Michaels and Hobby Lobby are okay for basics but Nick's has more specialty items.

I returned a garland once, it was pretty straightforward. Just contact them within a few days of getting it. They usually give you instructions.

For handmade stuff, sometimes there are specific rules, but I think as long as it's not damaged and you tell them quick, you should be fine. Check the policy on their site to be sure, but my experience has been good.
